Photographers, professional and amateur, we welcome you to the flower farm to embrace nature in your photo sessions.
Please take time to review our Photographers Policy below before you schedule clients for sessions at the flower farm.
Flowers are blooming. We will have very limited summer hours! We will be open late summer into October this season!
Photographers, please review the following:
Photographers must pay the same admission fee as other visitors during regular open hours. The flat fee is currently $22.00, this fee includes photography opportunities & U- Pick Flowers. Each of your clients (12 years +) entering the flower farm must be paid for as well, kids age 11 and under are FREE to enter with paying responsible adult.
Group pricing is available for parties of 5 or more (ages 12+). Tickets must be purchased together to receive group discount. Group pricing DOES NOT apply to photographers doing multiple sessions paying for their clients unless the single family has 5 or more clients (ages 12+). Cash discount offered. Photographers are responsible for communicating this with their clients.
Photographers, you may book multiple sessions with different clients during your visit during regular open hours. Your admission is valid until exiting. You are welcome to pack a lunch and stay until your next clients arrive as long as it coordinates with our open hours. If you wish to leave and return later in the day for more sessions, you will need to pay for another ticket when you choose to return. Your ticket covers the daily flower cutting limit for yourself only.
As of 5/1/2025, Photographers DO NOT need to book with the flower farm prior to arriving during REGULAR hours at this time. You are able to arrive for your sessions during any of our posted planned open hours of operation. Contacting us prior DOES NOT GUARANTEE that we can be open, only if you have booked a session with us outside of regular hours, we will communicate if there is any reason to need to reschedule your visit. You must complete your session and exit the fields by the closing time for the day.
PAYING FOR YOUR CLIENTS: If you are planning to do multiple sessions/ mini sessions in one day and you want to pay your client’s entry fee, we have 2 options:
1. You will need to either come back up to the ticket booth when each of your clients arrive to pay for each of your clients before their entry.
2. You MUST contact us AHEAD OF TIME for this option. Let us know your name OR photography company name, a last name for each of your client groups and how many tickets you will be covering for each group. We will keep a list at the ticket booth and allow you to pay for them when you arrive. When your client arrives after you, they will need to come to the ticket booth still! We will ask for their last name, the photographer’s name and number of guests in their group. We will provide them with the allotted number of tickets that you paid for prior. If your client has an additional guest with them, they will be required to buy a ticket for them to enter. Be sure to explain this to your clients ahead of time.
FOR PHOTO SESSIONS OUTSIDE OF OUR REGULAR PLANNED HOURS:

There is a NON-refundable accommodation fee of $125/hr. Due to the time that goes into accommodating bookings, we are unable to provide refunds unless the session in canceled by us. Accommodation fee will be sent by invoice, DUE AT TIME OF BOOKING to guarantee time slot.
Photo sessions booked outside of regular hours DOES NOT include pick-your-own flowers. Booking outside of regular hours is intended for a single client /individual family/ couple. To add U-pick flowers, a picking fee of $10/ per person, Cash or Venmo only is required in addition to the current accommodation fee. If you plan to add u- pick flowers, please be sure to factor in enough time for your photo session & flowers picking during your booked time slot. If you or your clients desire to pick flowers during your booked time slot, U- Pick ticket fees will not be due until arriving for your session. Bring your own bucket & clippers! If you desire to book outside of regular hours for a large group/ multiple clients/ multiple families, there is an additional charge of $10/ per person, due at arrival, Cash or Venmo only.
If you are hosting a session during regular open hours, u- pick flowers IS included with each paid admission. The same flower cutting guidelines apply to Photographers and their clients as our other customer during regular hours. Please see our ” VISIT US” page for pricing & details.
Cancelation of booking: We do not move or cancel booked time slots due to weather in surrounding areas, unless we contact you stating otherwise. We do not cancel for rain showers. Only in the event of severe weather at our location or Emergency will we cancel a session. Reminder, accommodation fee is NON-refundable due to the time that goes into accommodating bookings unless the session in canceled by us.
Photographers are responsible for communicating any need for re-scheduling with their clients directly!
Please Note: Please plan accordingly to have your session completed & exit the property within the time frame booked. If your session extends beyond the time slot you have booked, you will be charged for the additional time. This includes remaining on the property for any period past the allotted time frame agreed upon when booking with us. Time will be charged in 15-minute increments at a rate of $25. This can be paid by invoice.
Photographers and their clients must remain within the permitted flower farm parameters for ALL photos. The surrounding property and buildings are private property and are OFF LIMITS.
Photographers can bring small props to the farm if desired. If you wish to utilize anything larger than a bench for your session, please contact us to discuss if we can allow it. You may call, text, or e-mail us at theperfectpick4you@yahoo.com
Please do not solicit our other customers while you are present.
We encourage you to tag our farm in your photos.
We do not ask other visitors to leave the farm while photography sessions are being held during regular hours. The permitted area is large enough to be shared!
We suggest Photographers visit the Flower Farm themselves first to acclimate to the area. Remember, our flowers are an ever-changing landscape from Summer through Fall.
We reserve the right to share photos taken at our flower farm on our social media pages and website. We suggest name marking your photos so you may be credited.
