Photographers, we welcome you to the flower farm for amazing photos in the flower fields.
Please take time to review our Photographers Policy below before you schedule clients for sessions at the flower farm.

Photographer’s Policy
Photographers review the following:
Photographers must pay the same admission fee as other visitors. The flat fee is currently $22.00. Each of your clients (12 years +) entering the flower farm must be paid for as well.
Group pricing is available for parties of 5 or more (ages 12+). Tickets must be purchased together to receive group discount. Group pricing DOES NOT apply to photographers doing multiple sessions paying for their clients unless the single family has 5 or more clients (ages 12+). Cash discount offered. Photographers are responsible for communicating this with their clients.
Photographers, you may book multiple sessions with different clients during your visit. Your admission is valid until exiting. You are welcome to pack a lunch and stay until your next clients arrive as long as it coordinates with our open hours. If you wish to leave and return later in the day for more sessions, you will need to pay for another ticket when you choose to return. Your ticket covers the daily flower cutting limit for yourself only.
As of 4/1/2023, Photographers DO NOT need to book with the flower farm prior to arriving during regular hours at this time. You are able to arrive for your sessions during any of our posted planned open hours of operation. Contacting us prior DOES NOT GUARANTEE that we can be open, however when I am aware of a photographers desired times and dates, I will do my best to plan accordingly. Your last session must be completed by the listed closing time for the day.
PAYING FOR YOUR CLIENTS: If you are planning to do multiple sessions/ mini sessions in one day and you want to pay your client’s entry fee, we have 2 options:
1. You will need to either come back up to the ticket booth when each of your clients arrive to pay for each of your clients before entry.
2. You MUST contact us AHEAD of time for this option. Let us know your name OR photography company name, a last name for each of your client groups and how many tickets you will be covering for each group. We will keep a list at the ticket booth and allow you to pay for them when you arrive. When your client arrives after you, they will need to come to the ticket booth still! We will ask for their last name, the photographer’s name and number of guests in their group. We will provide them with the allotted number of tickets that you paid for prior. If your client has an additional guest with them, they will be required to buy a ticket for them to enter. Be sure to explain this to your clients ahead of time.NO- REFUNDS for your clients that do not show up.
FOR PHOTO SESSIONS OUTSIDE OF OUR REGULAR PLANNED HOURS:

There will be a non-refundable accommodation fee of $200. Photo sessions booked outside of regular hours DOES NOT include pick-your-own flowers. To add pick-your-own flowers, regular admission required in addition to accommodation fee, when booking outside of regular hours of operation.
Accommodation fee will be sent by invoice and will be DUE AT TIME OF BOOKING to guarantee time slot. Admission ticket fees will not be due until arriving for your session. We do not move or cancel time slots due to weather, unless we contact you stating otherwise.
Please note: If your session extends beyond the time slot you have booked, you will be charged for the additional time. This includes remaining on the property for any period past the allotted time frame agreed upon when booking with us. Time will be charged in 15-minute increments at a rate of $25. This can be paid by cash or invoice.
Photographers are responsible for communicating any need for re-scheduling with their clients directly.
Photographers and their clients must remain within the permitted flower farm parameters for ALL photos. The surrounding property and buildings are private property and are OFF LIMITS.
If desired, Photographers and their clients are permitted to cut flowers while visiting during regular hours. The same flower cutting guidelines apply to Photographers and their clients as our other customer during regular hours. For sessions outside of regular hours please read the above. Photographers can bring small props to the farm if desired. If you wish to utilize anything larger than a bench for your session, please contact us to discuss if we can allow it. You may call, text, or e-mail us at theperfectpick4you@yahoo.com
Please do not solicit our other customers while you are present.
We encourage you to tag our farm in your photos.
We do not ask other visitors to leave the farm while photography sessions are being held. The permitted area is over 10 acres, so there is plenty of room to go around.
We suggest Photographers visit the Flower Farm themselves first to acclimate to the area. Remember, our flowers are an ever-changing landscape.
NOTICE: We reserve the right to share photos taken at our flower farm on our social media pages and website. We suggest marking your photos so you may be credited.
